The other two brands started at zero. The brand started at negative. The shop had been live since January 2025 and by February 2026 it was doing $34.07K/month and falling — a third of it coming from passive Shopping Mall placement, with 24 creators posting roughly one video a day. Four months later it is at $101.11K/month with 138 creators and 314 videos, and Amazon is carrying a ~27% halo lift. Nothing about the product changed.
A declining shop is a harder brief than an empty one. An empty shop has no bad habits. This one had thirteen months of history, a revenue mix that looked healthier than it was, and a downward trend line.
01$34.07K in February, trending down. Live since January 2025 and going the wrong way.
A third of revenue was passive. $10.75K came from Shopping Mall placement — not a channel you control, not a channel you can scale on purpose.
0324 active creators. 45 videos in a month. Roughly 1.6 a day. That is a pilot, not an engine.
A $27 consideration purchase in pet care — a category where the buyer needs convincing, not reminding.
The job wasn't to add revenue on top of what was there. It was to replace the part that couldn't scale with the part that could — while the number was still going down.
This is the honest version of a growth chart. Revenue didn't just go up — it re-composed. Affiliate added $71.84K. Shopping Mall lost $8.40K. We deliberately traded passive placement revenue for revenue we could scale, and still nearly tripled the total.

The shape of this catalog is the interesting part. Diffusers do 84% of revenue and recruit the customer. Refills do ~16% — and refills are the reason a $31 pet product has a second, third and fourth purchase in it. TikTok Shop bought the customer; the refill line is what makes them worth buying.

Thirteen months of history and a falling trend line. No new product, no new price — just a roster. Four months later it's tripled.
